YDK is a professional manufacturer of speakers, earphones, and accessories for mobile phones and computer equipments. It has been six years since the foundation of the company. We have been certified with the ISO9002 Quality System of Bell Company in USA.
Our factory has an area of 13,400 square meters (old factory 4,200 m2, new factory 9,200 m2.) We have a total staff of 768 employees including 35 QA people, 7 research and development people and 10 technicians. We also have several senior consultants from Japan. Our products' quality starts at high level. Our technics are from famous big factories in Japan. Our factory semi automatic plastic dropping equipments and testing instruments of high technology. We now have:
1) Four speakers' production lines (The production capability can reach 1300,000 pieces monthly).
2) Four wire production lines. (The production capability can reach 1200,000 pieces monthly).
3) Six assembling lines. (The production capability can reach 1200,000 pieces monthly).
4) Fourteen standing plastic modeling machines and eight lying plastic modeling machines.
5) One SMT production line.
Our products include super slim speaker, mobile phone speaker, compound of speaker, mic and buzzer, earphones mainly for CD player and MP3 player, headphones and mic for multi-media computers and hands free for mobile phones. We also produce speaker of SIEMENS, hands free for PHILIPS and ERICSSON's phone commutator. NEC's HIFI earphones, and other PDA MP3 earphones.
